In this video “How to be compassionate” I share how my recent trip to a business workshop held in London lead me on a little adventure of not only learning the course content but also learning about ME and how compassionate I am to myself and others.
How to be Compassionate
I choose the lovely Rose Alchemy Oracle cards to focus on what emotions were coming up for me after the workshop. Have you ever questioned if the universe is against you or perhaps wonder if this is a test to see how committed you are to your business or how you show up in the world? I knew I wasn’t feeling 100% and yet I wanted to attend and not let myself or others down. My pesky nerves or fears were rearing their ugly heads and quite frankly I wasn’t going to let them get the better of me. So there are suggestions within this video on how you can tune into compassion for yourself and others and work out how much you are in balance. I talk about using ho’oponopono prayer, I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, THANKYOU and also sitting with the emotions that might be bubbling up for you. I may suggest healing systems or modalities that I have found to be helpful, and yet I am very mindful that what might work for one may not work for another. My motto when clearing our crap is try anything, within reason – Why suffer? Life is too short, right? Emotions are not who you are and yet if we don’t listen or acknowledge or process them they can cause discord within your body. Books such as Heal your body A-Z by Louise L Hay was one of my very first books I loved referring to whilst studying on my Post Graduate Holistic course many moons ago.
